I am a MSc student in Robotics, Systems and Control at ETH Zurich. I'm interested in
reinforcement learning and optimal control. In particular, my main research goals entail enabling dynamic systems to efficiently and safely learn in real environments where they face high prior uncertainties. Currently, I am working on my master's thesis at the Empirical Inference Department, Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems (MPI) under the supervision of Stefan Bauer. Before joining MPI, I finished my undergraduate degree in Software Engineering at McGill, Canada and I worked at Qualcomm with the SNPE SDK team for a while.
Our goal is to understand the principles of Perception, Action and Learning in autonomous systems that successfully interact with complex environments and to use this understanding to design future systems
